Our Corporate Structure

Draftlight is divided into several operational groups, each handling a specific industry sector. Whilst many of our clients will be entirely served by one group, our flexible account management program allows a seamless integration of functions from any of our expert areas. Being modular allows us to offer in-house design, security, management and infrastructure services across the board, reducing the workload on our clients and saving everyone time and money.

Bandfoundry

The BandFoundry@Draftlight is our most famous division, in more than one sense of the word, and provides integrated online presence management and support services to the music, motion picture and celebrity sectors. BF@D also provides a unique presence critique service - an unbiassed analysis of an existing online presence based on our unrivalled experience from both sides of the fence.

eCom Group

eCom handles electronic commerce, designing and implementing secure data management and delivery software, both for our in-house systems and direct sales. eCom works with the major database, online shopping and credit transfer companies to integrate services, develop standards and increase security for your finances and personal identity.

DNeX Group

DNeX is our entertainment delivery division, responsible for electronic media delivery software, streaming and filesharing, plus the famous range of MP3 and video playheads used on thousands of websites the world over. DNeX is also at the forefront of Flash8-AS3 development and produces cutting-edge methods of securing and serving audio, video and rich media online.

Typography Group

Our in-house typography group is responsible for font and logo design, unique to our industry we keep all typographical services in-house and in the hands of experienced artists and programmers from the same industry fields. We design fonts, logos, schemes and visual impression maps for our clients however the Typography group rarely works directly for the public.

Security Group

Our security group is entirely unknown, even to those who use it. Our team of legal and security experts are responsible for data security, fraud and rights management tracking, prosecutions and enforcement. Our herd of copyright management robots crawl the Internet seeking out illegal files of all kinds, on all transport protocols. The security group prefers to work in a darkened room, and they say all but one of them speaks in binary.

Platform Group

Emerging platforms and server hardware are the domain of our platform group - responsible not only for managing our global private networks, servers and client hosting systems, but also for developing new software and APIs for emerging platforms such as mobile handsets, e-nabled domestic goods and vehicles. When your freezer emails your car with a shopping list, it's the platform group that taught them how.
