You have chosen to purchase our FMP256 Minnicaster pro-ICE Flash media player software bundle for a total cost of $19.95 US, as shown below. This page is IMPORTANT and you should print it out or read it carefully. It contains our sales terms plus important information on when your software will arrive.

What do I get for my money?

• The SWF flash document ready-to-go and full instructions on how to add it to your website, configure the settings and integrate with your Icecast2 server.
• Source files to use in the Adobe Flash Professional 8 IDE or later (you do not need to be able to open the source files to use the player on your website, but they allow you redesign the layout if you want to. You will need to have a licensed copy of the IDE to edit the source files).
• A license to use unlimited copies of the SWF file on your websites (but you cannot give the source files away, publish the source code anywhere or resell the software package).
• A license to use the source files to create your own versions of the playhead provided you keep our copyrights intact and do not try to sell the redesigned versions commercially.

IMPORTANT WARNING

To fully exploit the features of Minicaster pro-ICE you must have access to an Icecast2 streaming server that is delivering MP3 audio, and on which you can perform configuration changes. Minicaster does not support OGG Vorbis streams and without specific changes to the server itself, your listeners will not be able to access 'now playing' data. If you do not have access to such a server and the ability to configure it, then we advise you DO NOT PURCHASE this playhead!

Purchasing information:

• When you buy the player, it will normally be sent as an email attachment to your registered PayPal address. Usually, our servers will post your email within a minute or two, but some days PayPal can be a little slow in waking up, so you will be returned to our website and can download your software with a single click. We will not supply the software in any tangible form (CD, DVD, etc.).
• All transactions are in US dollars and include all taxes - there is no additional postage charge when you pay us using PayPal.
• You must complete the automated purchase process in order to receive your software. Choosing to manually send cash or money transfers means that your payment may be routed without the correct click-through data, and can result in a delay while we process the payment by hand.
• Payments using PayPal e-check/e-cheque must clear before processing, this usually takes 3 to 4 working days. PayPal will show the status of the transaction on your account page and via email.
• You must ensure that your registered PayPal email address will accept binary file attachments (ZIP or SIT, maximum file size 1MB), and that any anti-spam filtering allows messages from the draftlight.net domain to pass through.
• Please do not worry if your purchase is delayed, it will arrive as soon as PayPal confirm everything is OK!

As this software is not a tangible product you cannot obtain a refund on your purchase.
