You have chosen to purchase our FMP256 Minicaster pro-ICE Flash media player software, for a total cost of $19.95 US, as shown below. This page is IMPORTANT and you should print it out or read it carefully. It contains our sales terms plus important information on when and how your software will be delivered.

What do I get for my money?

• The SWF flash document ready-to-go and full instructions on how to add it to your website, configure the settings and integrate with an Icecast2 server.
• Source files to use in the Adobe Flash Professional 8 IDE or later (you do not need to be able to open the source files to use the player on your website, but they allow you redesign the layout if you want to. You will need to have a licensed copy of Flash 8 or later to edit the source files).
• A license to use unlimited copies of the SWF file on your websites (but you cannot give the source files away, publish the source code anywhere or resell the software package).
• A license to use the source files to create your own versions of the playhead provided you keep our copyrights intact and do not sell the redesigned versions as if they were your own products.

IMPORTANT

To fully exploit the features of Minicaster pro-ICE you must have access to an Icecast2 streaming server that is delivering MP3 audio, and on which you can perform configuration changes. Minicaster does not support OGG Vorbis streams and without some small but important changes to the server, your listeners will not be able to access 'now playing' data. If you do not have access to such a server and the ability to configure it, then we advise you DO NOT PURCHASE this playhead!

Although Minicaster pro-ICE will connect to the audio stream of a Shoutcast server, to access the 'now playing' data requires the use of an external web server running ASP or PHP, in order to cope with the fact that Shoutcast itself refuses connections to the statistics page from Flash applications. Only the track info is sent via this proxy route - the audio is delivered direct to the listener.

Purchasing information:

• When you buy the player, it will be sent as an email attachment to your registered PayPal address. Usually, our servers will post your email within a minute or two, but some days PayPal can be a little slow in waking up, so you will be returned to our website and can download your software with a single click. We will not supply the software in any tangible form (CD, DVD, etc.).
• All transactions are in US dollars and include all taxes - there is no additional postage or currency conversion charge, and your license never expires.
• You must complete the automated purchase process in order to receive your software. Choosing to manually send cash or money transfers means that your payment may be routed without the correct click-through data, and can result in a delay while we process the payment by hand.
• Payments using PayPal e-check/e-cheque must clear before processing, this usually takes around 6 working days. PayPal will show the status of the transaction on your account page and via email. We cannot see nor help with these types of payment until they clear, so refer to PayPal for any issues.
• You must ensure that your registered PayPal email address will accept binary file attachments (ZIP or SIT, maximum file size 1MB), and that any anti-spam filtering allows messages from the draftlight.net domain to pass through, at least until you've received your purchase!
• If you have any problems with the purchase or with the software itself, you can contact us via this website, or using the special link in your purchase notification email.

As this software is not a tangible product you cannot obtain a refund on your purchase.
